TranSource Truck & Equipment, Inc. is looking to hire an Outside Parts Salesperson for the southeastern part of South Dakota. The ideal candidate should have truck or equipment parts sales experience. The Parts/Sales Person will be responsible for: Generating and increasing retail parts and service sales to customers within their defined area of responsibility. * Providing a high quality level of service to both the outside customers and the internal departments, * Participate in trade shows and conventions while working in conjunction with other sales staff and our marketing team members, * Attain the sales and gross profit objectives set by their manager and the parts director; * Will be expected to generate a minimum sales volume per month as defined by the parts manager/director and exceed aggregated front counter growth percentages; * Maintaining a safe work environment * Must display an ongoing effort to learn more about the industry, the company and the products TTE sells; * Complete assigned training in a timely manner * Maintaining professional appearance $55,000 - $90,000 per year Qualifications: * Must be committed to 100% customer satisfaction * Minimum two years' experience as a parts counterperson and/or equivalent experience in a service-related industry * Excellent Communication skills both oral and written * Must be able to lift 70 lbs. * Must be able to manage customer expectations * Excellent computer skills and familiarity with all Microsoft Office products and software.
