SUMMARY : The Regional Manager (RM) is responsible for managing our Area Sales Managers (ASMs), the wholesaler network, and all marketplace activities within their assigned region. To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of leading teams, wholesaler management, field sales, and planning and budgeting. You must also possess working knowledge of distribution networks, consumer purchasing dynamics, and syndicated data systems. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : * Responsible for revenue and volume goals for the region. * Managing wholesaler relationships. * Communicate goals and objectives to ASM's and wholesalers. * Supervise, train and mentor ASMs within assigned region. * Identify and interpret market trends. * Meet and maintain teams; designated sales goals * Build and maintain external relationships with business partners. * Update senior leadership teams. * Identify new areas for growth and opportunity.
