Overview We are excited to bring one of the fastest growing fitness studios to Bothell, WA! HOTWORX Infrared Fitness Studio is the first ever implementation of 3 dimensional training. We combine infrared energy, heat and isometric postures to help you flush toxins, tone up and torch calories. Our studio offers 24 hour access and unlimited sessions for our members. We have a range of sessions from Hot Yoga to Hot Cycle, Hot Pilates and more all led by a virtual instructor in a semi private environment suitable for all fitness levels. HOTWORX in the Bothell area is looking to expand their talented team of Trainer Sales Associates. If you are looking for a career opportunity with this cutting edge concept, come join our team! Responsibilities * Create a friendly, energetic, and welcoming atmosphere. * Maintain member relationships, ensuring all members feel welcome and are motivated for their workouts. * Assist members during their visits by greeting, answering questions, and providing instruction where required. * Conduct studio tours for guests and new members. * Prospect & promote to sell new memberships. * Social media posting and marketing on Facebook, Instagram & TikTok. * Conduct professional guest follow-up and member communications, via email, text and phone. * Maintain studio and equipment cleanliness daily. * Work as a team player with the General Manager to help grow the member base of the studio through sales, on-boarding new members and superior customer service to keep long term members. * Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, sales calls, closed sales, and follow-up. * Product knowledge - demonstrate knowledge in all areas of the fitness studio - pricing structure, memberships, sauna operation, merchandise (current and new products) etc. * Positive Studio Experience - ensure the fitness studio and equipment are clean and meet company standards. (cleaning saunas, floors, restrooms etc. while on shift) Requirements High energy, positive, self-motivated individual looking to continually grow Excellent customer service skills Strong verbal and written communication skills SOCIAL MEDIA EXPERT - So many leads come from solid promotion on Social Media Ability to achieve/exceed weekly and monthly sales goals and quotas Must be outgoing, quick learner, confident Willingness to do what it takes to get the job done!
