This position can be located in Manhattan, New York, Long Island, New York, or Northern New Jersey. Specific Job Functions * Develop and maintain strong relationships with Reproductive Endocrinologists, OBGYNs, and key accounts to promote the adoption and utilization of our products. * Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals to educate them on the features, benefits, and applications of our products. * Provide hands-on support and guidance to healthcare professionals during patient procedures, including assistance with product setup, usage, and troubleshooting. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and clinical teams, to develop customized educational materials and support programs tailored to the needs of healthcare professionals. * Serve as a trusted advisor and resource for healthcare professionals, providing clinical expertise, technical assistance, and best practices to optimize patient outcomes. * Plan and execute regular visits to key accounts, including IVF clinics, OBGYN practices, and hospitals, to build and maintain relationships, gather feedback, and address any concerns or challenges. * Stay current on industry trends, clinical guidelines, and regulatory requirements related to women's health and our product portfolio. * Track and report on key performance metrics, including sales activity, customer engagement, and product utilization, to evaluate the effectiveness of support efforts and drive continuous improvement. Physical Requirements * 75% Travel * Prolonged periods of standing Minimum Qualifications, Education & Work Experience * Bachelor's degree in business, biology, or related field. Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer background preferred but not required. * Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in medical device sales, clinical or healthcare-related role, preferably in the IVF or OBGYN field. * Strong understanding of reproductive health, fertility treatments, and cervical cancer screening protocols is a plus * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and educate healthcare professionals. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide innovative solutions. * Willingness to travel (up to 50%) to visit key accounts and support healthcare professionals during patient procedures. * Passionate about making a difference in women's health and committed to delivering exceptional customer service and support.
