We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Customer Sales Representative to join our team and drive growth in the Indianapolis market! About the Role: A Customer Sales Representative is responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of client accounts, building and maintaining strong client relationships and achieving sales targets while also providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities: Sales: * Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. * Negotiating contracts and closing deals. * Achieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas. * Conducting sales presentations and demonstrations face to face Customer Service: * Answering questions about products, services, pricing, and availability. * Offering detailed product information and highlighting benefits. * Helping customers choose the right products or services for their needs. * Establishing rapport and trust with potential customers. * Resolving problems promptly and efficiently. * Offering assistance with product usage or troubleshooting. * Checking in with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any lingering questions by following up. * Creating a positive customer experience that encourages repeat business. Tracking Reports: * Tracking and reporting on sales performance and account activity. * Analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for growth. * Preparing and presenting reports to management. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $50,000.00 per year Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay * Monthly bonus * Uncapped commission Schedule: * 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
