Carpetland USA is seeking Design Consultants/Sales Members to join their growing team! A successful Consultant will have excellent customer services skills, have the ability to effectively communicate and show strong salesmanship and relationship building skills. Previous experience in flooring is a plus. There is no limit to your income potential in this role! Duties of the Design Consultant: * Greet customers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner when they enter the store * Assist customers with product selection, utilizing skills in home decor and design * Schedule measurements and installation and troubleshoot issues if they arise between the customer and installer * Assist in the collection of accounts receivables and management of account balances * All other job duties as assigned by upper management Skills and Qualifications: * High School Degree or equivalent * Previous commissioned sales experience is a plus! * Creative problem solving and strong communication skills * Excellent customer service skills * Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays * Valid Drivers License Physical Environment: * Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally * Standing and walking often * Occasional bending and stooping Benefits: * Health and dental insurance * Paid Time Off * 401(k) and profit sharing * Comprehensive pay, commission, and bonus opportunities Since 1971 Carpetland USA has been dedicated to providing superior floors and service.
