TECH EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 10% of ticket sales on units Door to door sales Warm leads In house leads Service agreement follow ups Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for sales. This role involves engaging with customers door to door, in house leads and warm leads, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction. Duties * Diagnosing systems and selling repairs parts and upgrades. * Visits to homeowners after detaches and resets and sell new systems or duct cleaning or other services provided by Martin Air * QC calls after installation. Upsell duct cleaning, UV lights, blown in insulation, etc. * Promotion networking. Visiting other roofing companies, property management, etc. * Warm lead job walks to replace * Door knocking for replacements and duct cleaning * Cold calls Requirements * HVAC Technician experience REQUIRED * Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. * Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies is a plus. * Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required. Commission: Upsells: 25% of sales Services sold: 25% of sales Bi-weekly Meetings: Monday: Make an agenda for the week Friday: Briefing the week.
