Responsibilities * Graduate from Agent Launch, 12 week training program * Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes to view * Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home * Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers * Conduct open houses * Make out going phone calls, texts and emails to convert leads into clients * Participate in weekly script practice * Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call Qualifications You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally.
