ABOUT THE ROLE: FreshTax is on the lookout for sharp, motivated Sales Consultants ready to help clients tackle their tax challenges with confidence. As a Sales Consultant, you'll serve as a trusted advisor--speaking to inbound prospects, understanding their needs, and setting them up with personalized solutions. This is a consultative sales role, perfect for those passionate about helping others while building a high-income career. Work Environment: This position is 100% in-person at our FreshTax headquarters in Santa Ana, CA. Remote work is not available. We thrive on collaboration, energy, and in-person teamwork! COMPENSATION: Base Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour (full-time, 40 hours/week). Monthly Bonus: $2,500-$5,000+ based on performance. Annual Earnings Potential: $80,000 - $200,000+. WHAT YOU 'LL DO: * Consult with inbound leads who have requested FreshTax's services. * Ask strategic questions to uncover client needs and eligibility. * Recommend next steps and schedule consultations with our Resolution Experts. * Document all client interactions accurately in our CRM. Collaborate with team members to optimize conversions and client experiences. * WHAT YOU 'LL NEED TO HAVE: * Strong consultative approach with the ability to build quick rapport. * Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills. * Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable. * Organized and able to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups.
