Job Location: Spokane, WA 8/21/2024 Service Account Manager Description The Service Account Manager will be responsible for the client relations along with small projects and repairs of the Service department. Duties and Primary Responsibilities: * Manage client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction * Participate and schedule face to face meetings with all customer base with appropriate intervals * Quote proposals and negotiate contracts with customers using an established process * Meet with client to ensure that they are satisfied with services and project delivery objectives * Prepare and present technical project and repair proposals * Manage small service projects that reflect are like/like replacements and repairs * Assist sales manager in development of future sales opportunities * Build rapport with all service accounts; explaining Apollo service capabilities; overcoming objections; managing contracts for scope, costs, and revenues. * Promote and sell the company's capabilities to all existing and new clients. * Review costs and profit margins on PMA's, projects, and repairs to manage profitability goals for each client * Review and negotiate all PM agreements for annual pricing increases * Research for potential service enhancements or modifications to meet ever-changing needs of customer base * Assemble estimates, budgets, and proposals for service-related projects * Ensure the highest quality of customer & field staff relationships * Support sales team with customer leads and direction * Coordinate with dispatch to schedule HVAC, Plumbing, and Control Technicians. * Cultivate new clients Skills and Qualifications: * Background in sales * Commercial HVAC/R and Hydronic background preferred * Self-driven, motivated individual, entrepreneurial mentality Benefits Offered: * Medical, Dental, and Vision * 401K with Company Match * STD, LTD, Voluntary Life benefits * Paid Time off All employees are subject to a pre-employment drug screen.
