We are seeking a motivated and experienced B2B Industrial and Commercial Products Sales Executive to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth in the Midwest United States Region. This role requires a dynamic professional with a proven track record of building and managing business relationships in the industrial sector. Key Responsibilities: * Identify, target, and develop new B2B customer relationships within the industrial sector. * Drive sales by presenting tailored product solutions to meet client operational needs. * Manage and grow existing accounts to maximize customer satisfaction and repeat business. * Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities, industry trends, and competitor strategies. * Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to align customer needs and sales strategies. * Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes. * Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals. * Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions. * Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred). * 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the industrial products, commercial or manufacturing sector. * Strong understanding of industrial solutions, equipment, and applications. * Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive market. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. * Strategic thinker with a customer-focused approach to problem-solving. * Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. * Willingness to travel regionally or nationally as required. * Valid driving license with clean driving record.
