About Us: Jeremiah's Pick Coffee Co. is a legacy Bay Area coffee brand with a passion for high-quality, sustainably sourced coffee. Under new ownership, we're revitalizing the brand and expanding our presence across retail, wholesale, and online platforms. We're looking for a driven, creative, and organized Marketing & Sales Representative to help lead this charge. Job Summary: We're hiring a Marketing & Sales Rep to develop and execute campaigns, connect with potential clients, manage our social media presence, and boost both in- store and B2B sales. You'll be the link between our story and our customers-- helping the brand grow in both reach and reputation. Key Responsibilities: * Create and implement local and digital marketing campaigns * Identify and pursue new wholesale and retail opportunities * Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) * Represent the company at local events, tastings, and partnerships * Maintain customer relationships and follow up on leads * Track performance data and sales metrics * Assist with content creation and brand storytelling Qualifications: * 1-2 years experience in marketing, sales, or brand development (coffee industry a plus) * Strong communication and people skills * Comfortable using social media and email platforms * Creative thinker who can work independently * Passionate about coffee and local business Benefits: * Hourly pay * Room to grow with a new and evolving team Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $74,843.00 per year Schedule: * 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
