The Ambassador will generate new business opportunities, increase our client's market share, and engage with customers to build strong rapport and long-lasting relationships and clientele. The Ambassador will also work closely with our internal teams to become multi-skilled in all aspects of business, including, but not limited to, customer service, sales, event marketing, and management. Responsibilities of our next Retail Sales Ambassador: * Meet and communicate directly with prospective customers in a retail setting to provide support in correspondence with their wants and needs * Provide an individualized and positive experience for all customers; this includes providing reasonable service, adequately answering questions, and processing sales orders * Collaborate with the event and retail sales team to create new promotional sales campaigns for our varied client portfolio * Present applicable knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development * Pursue lively and engaging conversations to ensure the preservation of customer relationships * Overcome objections with the ability to prioritize customer concerns and deliver quality solutions in a timely and efficient manner Retail Sales Ambassador Requirements: * Ability to work independently and as part of a competitive team engaging in team-building activities such as top golf, escape rooms, and beach volleyball * Relative work experience in retail, account management, sales, or client relations is preferred * Ability to occasionally work weekends and special events * Capacity to work in a fast-paced, challenging marketing and sales environment * Basic understanding of business development and sales processes * An outstanding track record of developing and maintaining strong, positive working relationships *This position requires travel to and from retail locations, so reliable transportation is required.
