Build and maintain strong client relationships, present service offerings, and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and engage potential clients through market research, cold outreach, and networking. * Promote the firm's end-to-end recruitment solutions and EOR services to HR and business leaders. * Understand client hiring and compliance needs to tailor proposals effectively. * Negotiate service agreements and close business deals. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. * Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM systems regularly. * Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. * Stay informed about industry trends, labor laws, and global employment regulations.
