DE Floor Coverings in Waukesha, WI is looking for an outgoing, charismatic person to secure more retail business and help customers across Southeast Wisconsin attain the floors of their dreams! Join us as a full- time Residential Flooring Outside Sales Rep to support a locally owned business while advancing your career. Your performance affects your paycheck, and you have an earning potential of $50,000 - $100,000+ per year with commission and bonuses. While in our clients' homes, you accurately measure square footage and use estimating software to generate material, labor, and installation costs. You go over financing options with customers, demonstrate the value of our products, and close deals. To keep your strategies sharp and fresh, you collaborate with your retail team and brainstorm effective sales methods.
