Kind Care of South Dakota is currently searching for a friendly and knowledgeable full-time budtender committed to providing sales-driven service in a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Previous experience with cannabis is preferred but not required. We will train the right person. We are looking for someone who is dedicated to compliance, takes great care of our customers, and has a passion for cannabis. Must be a flexible team player. We are a newly opening company looking for a budtender willing to learn and grow within the company. Requirements * Valid driver's license * Ability to pass a background check * Reliable Transportation * Open availability (store hours may vary) * Must have prior customer service experience Responsibilities * Promote a work environment that is positive and customer-service oriented * Comply with state, local and company policies and procedures * Check and verify IDs to ensure customers are 21 and older * Stay up-to-date with new products, strains, changes in law, and industry trends * Willing to work evenings, weekends * Responsible cash-handling * Detail-oriented; able to stay organized and on task * The ability to provide exceptional customer-service Start date approximately 30-60 days.
