A positive mindset and excellent organizational and communication skills are required and will be prevalent in your performance as an AT&T Account Associate. *AT &T Account Associate Responsibilities: * Meet with clients in person on a daily basis to assess business needs, manage complex customer transactions, and address any concerns * Forge strong partnerships with fellow team members and demonstrate best practices with connecting with new customers. * Develop and maintain relationships with key business accounts and open new accounts to grow brand visibility and distribution. * Provide consistent communication to customers regarding packages, services, pricing, and installation to ensure they are knowledgeable on AT&T's products and services * Meet or exceed company sales goals while understanding the profitability targets * Grow, maintain, and manage sales within assigned territory *AT &T Account Associate Requirements: * 1-2 years of experience in a sales, client management, or account management role * Excellent communication, organizational skills, and deductive reasoning skills * Ability to establish early rapport and trust with new prospects * Outgoing and motivated personality to drive sales and connect with new customers * Proven ability to meet sales goals and present products to customers * Ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities Job Type: Full-time Pay: $900.00 - $1,300.00 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * Employee discount * Professional development assistance Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
