Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven full-time Sales Professional to join our team. As a Sales Professional, you will play a key role in responding to leads, communicating with customers, and driving sales for our premium motorcycle brands. You will build relationships with customers, offer expert advice, and guide them through the purchasing process. Responsibilities: * Respond to incoming leads via phone, text, and email in a timely manner. * Provide expert knowledge of Ducati, BMW, and Royal Enfield motorcycles and accessories. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business. * Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and continued interaction. * Communicate effectively with customers both in-person, through email, and over the phone. * Meet or exceed sales goals while ensuring high customer satisfaction. * Be comfortable talking on the phone and engaging with clients in a fast-paced environment. Requirements: * Previous sales experience is required (automotive or motorcycle experience is a plus). * Experience with motorcycles and a passion for the riding community. * Motorcycle license is preferred but not required. * Excellent communication skills and customer-focused attitude. * Ability to work weekends (Tuesday through Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Saturday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM). * Must be able to work in person at our dealership in West Allis, WI.
