As an Event Sales Associate , you will play a crucial role in promoting our brand and partners at exclusive retail and promotional events. You will interact directly with customers, provide product insights, and create an engaging and informative experience that drives sales and brand loyalty. This role is ideal for individuals who are outgoing, self-motivated, and eager to develop their professional skills in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: * Represent our company and clients at various retail and promotional events with professionalism and enthusiasm. * Engage directly with customers to educate them on product features, benefits, and promotions. * Maintain a high level of customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a positive and solution-oriented manner. * Guide customers through the purchasing process, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to a dynamic, results-driven work environment. * Stay informed on product knowledge, industry trends, and promotional strategies to maximize effectiveness in customer interactions. * Maintain compliance with company policies and uphold a strong brand image at all events. Qualifications: * Must be at least 18 years old. * High school diploma or GED preferred. * Prior experience in sales, customer service, retail, or event marketing is a plus but not required. * Strong communication skills with a confident and engaging personality. * Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset. * Solution-driven problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. * Reliable transportation required (this is an on-site role). * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
