Full description of the position

We are looking for an organized self motivated person to assist a busy Realtor Property Manager in all that the professional work day requires, to be responsible for the direct management oversight of assigned commercial/residential repairs, and or marketing activities. Make cold calls, schedule appointments. Keep track of important data, Manage online website information. Fill out forms, use excel to create a proforma and or a budget. Purchase advertising. Help with and organize repair of properties. Meet people for appointments, request estimates for work. Read Leases. If you have a real estate License opportunity for commissions and or additional growth. Work may include needing to Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards, and also Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants. Help with database and online marketing to existing and new customers. Skills * Prefer some experience or familiarity with Property Management and Real Estate * Able to read and understand long legal documents * Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software * Customer focus and bottom line orientation * Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills * Well organized with excellent time management skills * prefer but not require valid real estate agent/broker license * Competency in Excel, Familiar with Crexi and Costar would also be great. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $22.00 - $33.00 per hour Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week Schedule: * 8 hour shift Experience: * Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Work Location: In person
