About the Company: Our client is a global investment firm with over $75 billion in AUM that uses creative strategies to generate attractive returns for its clients through syndicated leveraged loans, high-yield bonds, asset-based leasing, and private equity. The Deal Execution Associate is responsible for the liquidity management, allocations, and fundings for their private credit platform. Responsibilities: * Build and maintain individual direct lending fund financial models, forecast fund level returns and earnings, and perform scenario analyses * Work with fund finance to optimize the asset-based leverage facilities to maximize returns * Analyze the potential borrowing base impacts of individual assets or a pool of assets in the portfolio focusing on maximizing leverage * Produce and monitor the short-term liquidity of each fund on a weekly basis to determine and recommend the appropriate action for return of capital, capital call, and borrow or repayment of outstanding debt * Work with other teams on maintaining the daily pipeline and ensure enough liquidity is in place to fund upcoming pipelines Requirements: * Bachelor's degree required * 3-5 years of relevant experience * Modeling and forecasting skills required * Experience managing returns from funds * Proficient with Excel Salary Range: $90,000-$115,000 LI-BM1
