Salary: $55000.00 - $75000.00 per year * Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible Schedule Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Evenings Off Retirement Plan * Responsibilities* * Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources. * Process customer policy change requests. * Secure all Trailing Documents from customers. * Develop new Financial Services opportunities. * Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program. * Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products. * Generating insurance quotes. * Be outstanding at relationship building. Requirements * Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. * Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. * Confident, self-starter who works well independently. * Must be highly self-motivated. * Property & Casualty insurance license or personal lines insurance license is required. * Bilingual is a plus.
