Full Job Description StretchLab Oakland is looking for a high-energy, passion-filled, and commission-motivated individual who is fitness-minded, excited to be part of team of assisted-stretching professionals in Oakland, CA. The Sales Associate will assist the General Manager with lead outreach and new membership sales. This role is 85-90% sales and 10-15% studio operations. The Sales Associate will also manage appointment setting and occasionally assist with hosting pop-ups. This role involves skilled consulting with potential members about how their flexibility affects their daily lives. This role earns a base hourly rate, commission on new membership sales and have access to bonus opportunities based on performance. Knowledge or background in the fitness and wellness field is preferred but not required. Work Hours & Environment: * 20-25 hours per week * Ideally looking for someone available to work 2 PM - 8PM and Weekends Compensation & Perks: * Competitive compensation based on experience * Commission paid on membership sales * Access to Bonus Opportunities based on studio performance * Many opportunities for growth within the system, including regional growth and management Qualifications: * Excellent sales skills required, driven by commissions * A strong communicator who's passionate about helping others * Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships * Ability to learn and use the internal software systems * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively * Ability to move or lift equipment weighing up to 50 pounds * Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills * Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines * Reliable transportation; Daily and/or occasional travel required * You are coachable and open to receiving and acting on feedback to improve results *If you have done sales in a previous fitness setting we encourage you to apply!! Job Responsibilities: * Assist with the sales process of lead generation, outreach, follow-up, and close * Maintain an acceptable level of personal sales performance * Achieve monthly sales quota * Present available services to current or prospective members * Build client relationships and target client's needs and wants * Book and confirm appointments * Participate in special events and pop-ups to promote the studio * Other duties as assigned About StretchLab: StretchLab is the industry leader in offering one-on-one assisted stretching.
