ABOUT THE ROLE: FreshTax is hiring Sales Associates to join our fast-growing team! As a Sales Associate, you'll work with clients who have already expressed interest in tax relief services--no cold calling required. Your role is to build trust, gather important information, and schedule consultations with our senior team. If you're motivated, personable, and ready to launch a high-earning sales career, this is the perfect opportunity. Work Environment: This is a 100% on-site position at our FreshTax headquarters in Santa Ana, CA. Remote work is not available. We thrive on energy, collaboration, and a supportive in-person environment. COMPENSATION: Base Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour (full-time, 40 hours/week). Monthly Bonus: Average $2,000-$4,000 per month based on performance. Annual Earning Potential: $75,000 - $200,000+. WHAT YOU 'LL DO: * Engage with inbound leads seeking tax relief assistance. * Qualify prospects and gather financial information. * Set consultations for our senior Resolution Specialists. * Update and maintain accurate records in our CRM. Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals. * WHAT YOU 'LL NEED TO HAVE: * Strong communication and active listening skills. * Highly motivated, coachable, and goal-driven mindset. * Organized with excellent attention to detail.
