Vice President of Sales, Eyesafe Job Description Location: Minneapolis, MN or Remote Job Type: Full-Time Department: Sales Role Overview The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for building and leading Eyesafe's global sales across OEM, licensing, and B2B channels. You will own the company's revenue strategy, accelerate growth across strategic accounts, and develop a high-performance sales team. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is both strategic and executional--requiring hands-on leadership, deep customer engagement, and operational discipline. Key Responsibilities * Own and exceed a defined sales quota by driving revenue growth across new and existing accounts. * Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize sales opportunities. * Identify and close new business opportunities, ensuring continued expansion within strategic accounts. * Lead aftermarket sales efforts, optimizing revenue potential from existing customers. * Build and maintain strong executive relationships within key accounts to foster long-term partnerships. * Provide detailed sales reporting, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior leadership. * Present business updates and strategic insights to executive teams, ensuring data-driven decision-making. * Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations to align sales strategies with company objectives. * Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to inform sales approaches. Qualifications & Experience * 8+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technology, aftermarket solutions, or a related field. * Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas in a competitive market. * Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship management skills. * Experience managing complex sales cycles and working with multiple decision-makers. * Ability to analyze sales data and deliver clear, concise executive reports. * Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives. * Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and self-sufficient in driving sales success.
