ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Kendrick Parker - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage client accounts and update information in the database. * Assist clients with policy changes and inquiries. * Process insurance claims and follow up with clients on claim status. * Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. QUALIFICATIONS: * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
