Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our testing lab services to healthcare professionals and institutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the medical industry. Your goal will be to establish long-term relationships with clients while effectively meeting their needs. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and hospital administrators. * Conduct outside sales activities to promote medical lab sercvices. * Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and support for clients. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback using Microsoft Word and other tools. Requirements * Proven experience in medical sales or a related field is preferred. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively. * Exceptional leadership qualities that inspire trust and confidence among clients. * Ability to analyze data and market trends for strategic decision-making. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with diverse audiences. * Proficiency in Microsoft Word; familiarity with CRM software is a plus. * A strong negotiation skill set that leads to successful contract closures. * A passion for sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
