About this opportunity: KXLY Radio Group/Phase 3 Digital is looking for a New Business Development Salesperson to grow and manage advertising business as well as focus on prospecting and closing new business in the Spokane/Coeur d'Alene market. No problemif you have successful sales experience in retail, automotive, insurance, etc., then you are off to a great start. If you are determined and ambitious, we can teach you the rest. What you'll get in return: You'll get a supportive work environment with co-workers and managers who value your work, your time and your perspective. Pay range: The compensation range for this role is $45,000/year - $150,000/year which includes a beginning guarantee + supplemental pay including commission. The beginning guarantee is $45,000/year-$72,000/year depending upon experience. Earned commissions, ranging from 5% to 20% net, based on the product sold, are paid when the 12-month guarantee is exceeded, or are the complete basis of compensation after 12 months. Commissions are paid on a monthly basis as earned. We also offer a $50/month cell phone allowance.
