Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales and customer service skills, along with a passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional service. Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth. * Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits. * Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing the sale. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. * Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications * Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs. * Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * 5 years sales experience * 4 year degree required * Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
