Duties * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Utilize Salesforce to track account activities, manage sales pipelines, and analyze performance metrics. * Conduct warm calling to engage potential clients and expand the customer base. * Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve favorable terms for both the company and clients. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support. * Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in account management strategies. * Provide leadership within the team by mentoring junior staff members and sharing best practices. Qualifications * Proven experience in account management or technical sales is preferred. * Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly. * Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. * Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making processes. * Experience in negotiating contracts and managing client expectations effectively. * Leadership qualities with a collaborative approach to working within a team environment. * A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow within the role.
