We're seeking a motivated and experienced Appointment Setter to join our team and play a key role in driving client acquisition efforts. Job Summary: As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating outreach, and scheduling qualified appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success in appointment setting, particularly for R&D tax credits and other tax consulting services. Key Responsibilities: * Client Outreach: Make outbound calls and send emails to prospective clients to introduce our tax consulting services and secure appointments for the sales team. * Lead Qualification: Identify decision-makers and assess their needs to ensure alignment with our services. * CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and appointments in the company CRM system. * Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets. * Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and maximize conversion rates. * Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, including changes in tax laws and incentives, to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects. * Qualifications: * Experience: At least 2 years of proven success in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales, preferably in the tax consulting, accounting, or financial services sectors. * Knowledge: Familiarity with R&D tax credits, state tax incentives, and other tax consulting services is strongly preferred.
