Hans Biomed USA Inc. is a KOSDAQ-listed, innovative company specializing in Aesthetic cosmeceutical and medical device products. Our product line is inclusive of; but not limited to aesthetic medical devices (MINT PDO threads, MINT Microcannula), Cosmetic Products (Klardie Skin Boosters). Our headquarters and Research and Development Center are in South Korea. We have two locations in the United States (California and New Jersey). This position is for the California, US branch. We are looking for a Director of Sales who can develop and grow the business through our national sales team. We are seeking an experienced, driven and proactive Aesthetic Director of Sales who will report to the California office. If you enjoy being a leader, foster selling and enjoy aesthetics -*_This job is for you...._ Supervisory Responsibilities: * Organizes and oversees the schedules, territories, and performance of regional managers, local managers, and sales teams. * Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive. Handles discipline and termination of employees with the guidance of the HR Department following company policy. * Responsibilities: * Ensure the aesthetics team follows the updated sales strategy created by you within the first 60 days. * Ensure the aesthetics team follows all internal and external policies, procedures, and industry regulations to provide a safe, compliant, and high-quality client experience. * Mandatory attendance to company Marketing Events & Conferences "As Required." * Familiarize yourself with ERP protocols & procedures along with other Apps within the company. * Responsible for Territory Management and Account Transfers. * Monitor and analyze patient trends, product sales, training, and service uptake to optimize sales efforts. * Provide actionable insights based on performance data to improve team productivity and service delivery. * Implement monthly MBO by developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue from aesthetic services, training, and product sales. * Manage ZOHO CRM daily to analyze sales performance for aesthetic services and products, reporting monthly on progress toward meeting targets. * Leverage knowledge of the industry and national market to assess the challenges and opportunities within assigned territories. * Provide actionable insights based on performance data to improve team productivity and service delivery. * Communicate and participate with the company's Marketing Department. Attend marketing events and conferences as required. * Collaborate with Human Resources to assist with the onboarding, training, and implementation of performance improvement plans (PIP) when sales members' job performance does not meet expectations. * Responsible for effective planning to achieve the development of current accounts, win back lost accounts and cultivate new accounts. Produce adequate sales volumes to meet/exceed sales goals. Mandatory Ride-Along by you and your Regional Managers * Achieve minimum growth sales required for the national geographic area with territory alignment and resource allocations. * Responsible for being the motivational leader to the sales force on the entire product line and in the marketplace. * Align with the regional sales managers on target sales goals (weekly, monthly and annual). * Recommend sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analyses. * Conduct and lead regular on-to-one bi-weekly meetings and run with regional managers weekly & monthly sales meetings. * Manage KOL relationships and communications. Qualifications: * Proven sales background in aesthetics and/or plastic surgery. * Be an expert in sales skills. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills. * Proficiency with ZOHO CRM preferred. * Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, and organized. * Must be proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. * Required to be in Santa Fe, California Office 1-2 days a week (Mandatory) * Travel requires up to 75%. * 3 + years of Sales Leadership * 5 + years experience in Aesthetics, Medical Devices, and pharmaceutical sales preferably in a fast environment.
