We are seeking both licensed real estate agents and individuals interested in becoming licensed to help homebuyers in Spring Hill FL, and surrounding areas. If you're enthusiastic about guiding clients through the exciting process of purchasing new homes and have a strong focus on client service, this is the perfect opportunity for you!!! Key Responsibilities: * Guide clients through the new home purchasing process, providing exceptional support and expertise every step of the way. * Develop a deep knowledge of new home developments and builder options within surrounding areas. * Educate buyers on community features, local amenities, and various new home options. * Provide market insights to help clients make informed purchasing decisions. * Foster and maintain relationships with home builders and community representatives. * Host open houses and attend model home events to promote available properties and connect with potential clients. Qualifications: * Licensed Real Estate Agents or individuals pursuing licensure are welcome. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Self-motivated, with a commitment to delivering outstanding service. * Knowledge of the Spring Hill area and interest in new home communities (preferred). * Team-oriented, with a desire to grow and succeed within a supportive environment.
