We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Officer specializing in real estate investment loans. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales and building client relationships. No prior mortgage experience or licensing is required--we offer mentorship to help you succeed and unlock your full earning potential. If you are an experienced loan officer this position will not focus on your traditional agency-focused loans. While these loans are within our expertise, we aim to be the top choice for clients considering real estate investment loans that do not adhere to traditional guidelines. We specialize in Asset- Based Lending (ABL), Long-Term Rental (LTR) loans, DSCR investor loans, and self-employed loan solutions. Our mission is to simplify lending and help our clients build wealth through real estate. IDEAL CANDIDATE: * Conduct interviews with potential clients to assess their investment loan needs. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. * Stay updated on product guidelines to serve as a knowledgeable resource for clients. * Provide accurate loan rate, term, and condition quotes to clients. * Manage a pipeline of active loans and new prospects effectively. * Monitor progress toward sales goals and provide weekly updates. * Ensure compliance with company policies, as well as federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to the mortgage banking industry. * Educate clients on various loan products, including STR, LTR, DSCR, and self-employed loan solutions. * Perform additional duties as assigned.
