We are seeking a Relief Route Sales, in the Sioux Falls, SD Area! We are seeking a motivated Relief Route Sales to manage 40-60 accounts, ensuring product availability, proper display, and customer satisfaction. You will handle over 150 products, manage displays, and generate new sales. Key Responsibilities: * Ensure product stock, rotation, and merchandising meet company standards * Maintain good customer relations and timely service * Set up and maintain displays * Order and manage product inventory * Load/unload delivery truck and report maintenance issues * Complete paperwork accurately and participate in meetings Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent * Clean driving record for 2 years * Strong math and communication skills * Retail or direct store delivery experience preferred * Valid Class D driver's license * Good Driving Record * Effective Communication Skills * Strong Work Ethic * Well Organized * Self-Motivated * Ability to perform physical work associated with Route Truck loading, delivery, and in-store merchandising Physical Requirements: * Lift up to 50 lbs; push/pull up to 150 lbs * Stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods * Work in various weather conditions Must be able to pass a drug screen and DOT Physical Examination. Some travel required, Mileage and Meal Reimbursement. Experience preferred, but not required, if you are the right person.
