Group Sales Assistant Position Description The purpose of this position is to assist the Sales and Marketing Manager with day to day sales and promotion activities. The Group Sales Assistant will assist with site tours, facility bookings, post-event surveys and guest inquiries. This position will work in conjunction with the Sales and Marketing Manager to market NRH2O using various social media outlets, online marketing, email blasts and other marketing tools. This position will provide support for daily operations and provide excellent guest service by anticipating guests' needs and exceeding their expectations. This position reports directly to the Sales and Marketing Manager. This position will perform other duties as assigned. Work hours will vary from 8-5 Monday-Friday in the off-season (typically October-March) to longer hours as the park nears and enters the operating season (typically April-September) which will include nights, weekends and holidays as needed for special events. What We're Looking For * High school diploma or equivalent. * Two years of experience in hospitality or related work.
