This is an in-office position/ Inside Sales Position You must be a team player with strong phone, verbal, written, and organizational skills. Along with the ability to build rapport quickly and overcome objections. Leads are provided by us; you're just going to reach out to the seller and do what you do best! Compensation: Base Salary + Commission = $80,000 - $120,000/year Responsibilities: * Reach out and get contracts from homeowners that want to sell their home. * Learn and understand real estate terms, values, contracts, repairs and more. * Willing to learn new things quickly and multi-task. * Must be able to manage leads and follow up with prospects using CRM software. * Must be a team player. * Love helping people and great at building rapport. * Excellent verbal and written skills. * Show initiative in everything you do and have a great mindset / attitude.
