We are a locally owned business aimed at creating memorable and profitable brand marketing campaigns for our clients in the Orange County area. Currently,we havea full time position available for a Telecommunications Account Trainee. The Telecommunications Account Trainee works hands-on with customers to drive sales and enhance brand awareness for our industry-leading clients. We believe in providing everyone with an opportunity to learn, expand their professional skills, and have fun doing it! We are looking for a Telecommunications Account Trainee to support our Senior Client Service Managers oversee the successful completion of our clients customer outreach initiatives in the local area. Telecommunications Account Trainee Responsibilities: * Execute promotional outreach campaigns with fellow Telecommunications Account Trainees to aid in developing an engaging brand identity and larger customer base * Create excitement around our clients brands with the goal of increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty * Give quick presentations to potential customers with the goal of promoting our clients brand and increasing profit margins * Track and manage all customer questions and concerns * Suggest ways to expand our clients potential outreach in the local market * Stay in compliance with all company and client standards * Follow all of our client and company guidelines * Work with fellow Client Service Associates to oversee the day to day operations of an assigned territory Telecommunications Account Trainee Preferred Skills: * Background in the hospitality, customer service or service industry is preferred * The ability to problem solve and think critically is a must * Experience in client or brand management * Comfortable with presenting to both large and small groups people * Extremely effective communication skills and a natural ability to connect witty people * A strong desire to work in marketing, business development or brand management * A passion for helping others and giving back to the community Telecommunications Account Trainee Requirements * Must be able to work full-time hours * Must be able to work in various environments * Must be able to travel locally * Must be a team player Job Type: Full-time Pay: $3,600.00 - $4,500.00 per month Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay * Performance bonus * Weekly bonus Work Location: In person
