Schaeffer Homes New Home Sales Professional Delaware (Job Pool or Future Interest Only) Leading Home Builder Schaeffer Homes is looking for a New Home Sales Professional to join our sales team. This exciting opportunity is based in our brand-new storefront professional design center located in Newark, DE. This person will meet with prospective buyers looking to build a new home. * Intense Training Program. Retail Sales Experience Preferred, but Not Required * Will Assist in Obtaining a Real Estate License if you do not already have one * Weekends Required * Self-motivated, Eager to Learn, and have High Energy * Non-Smoking Environment Salary & Benefits: * Potential Earnings: between $75,000 - over $100,000/year. 100% commission after training period. * 401(k) * Health insurance * Paid time off Schedule: * Weekend days required * Days off will be during the week * 8-hour shift * Self-determined schedule Work Location: Newark, Delaware Additional Benefits * Medical * Paid Time Off * 401K
