Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Designer/Sales Manager to operate our Waukesha location. This location provides a show room for kitchens and baths with 90% contractor related customers. The manager will also be the main designer/sales person and will have a support person for assistance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in account management, business development, with cabinet, countertop sales experience. As a Designer/Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, analyzing market trends, and ensuring the location meets its sales targets. There is already a lucrative customer base at this location and the new manager would inherit those customers. There is potential for many more customers in the area for future business. This position also includes commission and quarterly bonus plans. This is a great position for a Designer that has management experience or is ready for a management role. Duties * Selling Cabinets/countertops, kitchen and bath packages to customers and contractors. Includes cold calling and visiting companies to generate new business. * Creating renderings for kitchen/bath projects. * Maintain timely follow up on all projects with customers. * Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities in the Waukesha and surrounding areas. * Manage accounts, building strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. * Adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge. Experience * Proven experience in a sales management role, within the kitchen/bath industry. * Strong leadership abilities with a focus on development and motivation. * Experienced in utilizing the 20/20 drawing program. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
