POSITION: BDC SERVICE AGENT CUSTOMER SERVICE Infiniti of Columbus is growing at an exciting pace and is looking for a professional to join our Service Call Center Team! Are you outgoing? Confident? If so, you may have the right stuff to be a great fit for one of our open Call Center/Business Development Agent positions. PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION: As a BDC Service Agent, you will be the direct initial person of contact for every new or existing customer. The ultimate goal would be to facilitate and encourage inbound and outbound service appointments. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Facilitate appointments for maintenance services. * Respond to inbound phone call and internet inquires to develop customer trust and generate service appointments at our multiple locations. * Follow up with customers for satisfaction and to produce referrals. * Perform all other business development duties as assigned. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: * Professional and has the ability to make a compelling introduction. * Willing to participate in skills and product training. * Multi-tasker and excellent customer service skills. * Proven track record for meeting and exceeding goals. * Computer proficiency * Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively QUALIFICATIONS: * High School Diploma or equivalent. * 1 year customer service/hospitality experience preferred * Skilled at building positive relationships over the phone or via email. * Excelled communication skills * Bilingual Candidates are encouraged to apply. FULL TIME 18.00-26.00 based on experience Monday-Friday Saturday shift 8-4 rotating shift.
