Barker & Associates Inc., an independent agency with American Family Insurance , is looking for a Life Sales Advisor to join our team in Milwaukee, WI! About the Role As our Life Sales Advisor , you'll play a crucial role in growing our agency by building relationships with clients and helping them find the right life insurance solutions. You'll work in a supportive, team-oriented environment while having the opportunity to earn commission on top of a competitive annual wage. What You 'll Do: Identify and reach out to potential customers to discuss life insurance options Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Educate customers on insurance products and tailor solutions to their needs Follow up on leads, referrals, and inquiries to drive sales Process applications, policy changes, and service requests Meet or exceed sales goals while providing exceptional customer service What We 're Looking For: Life Insurance Sales experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset Ability to learn and explain insurance products effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn insurance systems A team player with a positive, professional attitude Required by state statutes to have proper insurance licensing to sell, solicit, or negotiate insurance products.
