Full description of the position
Overview Ritron manufactures wireless communication equipment. We serve industries like schools, railroads, construction, healthcare, and others with reliable, cost- effective 2-way radio products that enhance communication and operational efficiency. We are seeking a reliable, motivated Sales Account Manager to build strong relationships and drive sales within assigned territories, while collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and grow sales. Job Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. * Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions from Ritron's product portfolio. * Proactively manage the sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, presenting products, negotiating terms, and closing deals. * Follow up promptly and consistently on customer inquiries, quotes, and opportunities. * Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, marketing, and customer service) to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. * Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends. * Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and updates to leadership. * Represent Ritron at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings. * Ensure customer details are entered accurately and updated regularly, ensuring an up-to-date customer database * Use our CRM System to track all activities within your accounts and schedule follow-up actions. Qualifications & Experience: * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. * Prior experience in Radio Frequency (RF) Industry is preferred but not required * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset, organized. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills Why Join Our Team?
