Responsibilities for Car Salesman * Attend morning sales meetings * Utilize the marketing department to reach out to new and former customers * Work sales floor and lot, answer questions and engage customers * Escort customers on a tour of all new vehicles and the dealership * Offer and participate in test drives to those who qualify * Identify customers needs through interviewing * Participate in all sales training meetings * Coordinate with the Sales Manager during the transaction process Qualifications for Car Salesman * Strong knowledge or desire to learn current social media marketing strategies * Sales experience is a plus * Written and communication skills * Coachable * Basic computer skills are essential to succeed in this role. * A drive to excel under pressure * Ability to work holidays and weekends * A valid driver's license Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Vision insurance Supplemental Pay: * Commission pay Education: * High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: * Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred) * Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Post Falls, ID 83854: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
