Overview : As the Lead Sales Advisor, you will be motivated and enthusiastic with a dynamic personality, while playing a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. There is a heavy emphasis on luxury design and sales , as you will be responsible for advising clients with their purchasing decisions, ensuring a positive experience, and contributing to the overall success of the store. While directly reporting to the store owner and manager, you will be responsible for following every lead to completion and prioritizing each opportunity. Sales Duties : * Assisting customers with product inquiries, providing recommendations, and guiding them through the purchasing process. * Achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the store. * Understanding luxury furnishing and antique product knowledge, including styles, materials, and care instructions. Customer Service: * Greeting customers warmly and creating a positive shopping experience. * Addressing customer questions and concerns, with patience and professionalism. * Following up with customers after purchases to ensure satisfaction. Merchandising: * Maintaining the store's display, ensuring products are neatly arranged and visually appealing. * Participating in inventory management, including restocking, organizing, and tracking merchandise. * Ensuring the store adheres to brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines. Other Duties: * Operating the point-of-sale (POS) system, processing transactions, handling returns, and maintaining proper client records. * Collaborating with store management and other team members to achieve store goals. * Maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Required Skills and Qualifications: * Strong customer service skills and a passion for luxury retail. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Professional appearance with the ability to communicate clearly. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Knowledge of luxury brands, lifestyles, and antiques is a plus. * Experience in retail sales or customer service is often preferred.
