Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting operational efficiency and driving process improvements across various projects. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance business and boost sales. * Receiving Orders, Resolving customer issues, booking orders, and other sales related activities * Daily Route Planning for organizing customer deliveries * Data Entry and management in accounting software * Inventory, counting planning and reporting * Verifying incoming and outgoing shipping * Daily Paperwork submission to corporate / accounting * Bank Deposits * other ad hoc duties needed to support GM and Upper Management * Supervising warehouse and drivers Technical skills: Ms office, MS Excel proficient at an Intermediate level, windows, and basic IT knowledge * Excellent business analysis capabilities with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making. * Familiarity with project management principles to effectively lead initiatives. * Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
