This is a fast-paced, results-driven role where your ability to connect, qualify, and move leads through the pipeline directly impacts clients' lives-- and your earnings! Your day-to-day will include: * High-Volume Outbound Calling : Make 100+ outbound calls daily to connect with potential clients struggling with tax or credit card debt. * Pre-Qualifying Leads : Use sharp communication and probing questions to assess client needs and qualify leads, ensuring only the best opportunities move forward. * Seamless Handoffs : Transfer qualified calls to our expert sales closers, setting the stage for successful deals while maintaining a smooth client experience. * CRM Mastery : Leverage cutting-edge CRM tools to track leads and document interactions. * Client Relationship Building : Build trust and rapport quickly, turning initial conversations into opportunities for life-changing financial solutions. * Performance Tracking : Monitor your call metrics and conversion rates, collaborating with your team to smash daily and weekly targets.
