Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting outside sales members with new/existing business opportunities. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to effectively engage with potential clients. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and contributing to the overall success of our company. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers while identifying new sales opportunities. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with market trends. * Participate in business development initiatives to expand market presence. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction. * Stay informed about industry developments and technical sales trends to enhance product knowledge. Qualifications * Proven experience in inside/outside sales or a related field, with a focus on sales and customer service. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly. * Familiarity with software tools used for sales tracking and customer relationship management (CRM). * A background in technical sales is a plus but not required. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring accurate record-keeping of client interactions.
