*Commission plus weekly pay Position Upright Roofing and Construction is hiring roofing sales/project managers to join our team. If you are self-motivated, professional, hardworking, dedicated, and know what it takes to be successful, then we want to talk to you COMPENSATION & BENEFITS * Upside commission-earning potential * Weekly basis offered with minimum KPIs hit * Commissions are paid out on all completed jobs * Monthly/Quarterly contests * Flexible schedule * Work in multiple locations RESPONSIBLITIES & DUTIES * Inspect and document homes for storm restoration * Measure home exteriors and assess damages for restoration * Create lead generation for new prospects via business-to-business * Go door-to-door talking to neighbors * Help customers navigate through the sales process * Run company leads Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule Schedule: * 8-hour shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay Application Question(s): * Are you comfortable generating your own leads by cold calling and door knocking? Experience: * Outside sales: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On the road Compensation: $100,000+ Responsibilities: * Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue expectations and meet sales and lead generating activities goals to ensure future business * Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel * Use your prospecting and follow-up skills with potential customers online, in-person, or on the phone to uncover potential upsells and new clients * Create a competitive analysis, identify industry and product trends, and position our brand as the clear and obvious choice * Pinpoint and overcome potential obstacles such as competition, pain points, budgets, and timelines by qualifying your prospective customers quickly and thoroughly * Inspect and document homes for storm restoration * Measure home exteriors and assess damages for restoration * Create lead generation for new prospects via business-to-business * Go door-to-door talking to neighbors * Help customers navigate through the sales process * Run company leads Qualifications: * Proven track record in sales * You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals * High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred * 2 years of outside sales experience or related marketing experience * You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team's goals About Company Upright Roofing and Construction is hiring roofing sales/project managers to join our team.
