Make a Difference working with Planning Full-Service & Pre-Need Decisions! Become a Final Arrangements Sales Counselor and assist families in making informed decisions about their final arrangements. This job provides a unique opportunity to help people plan in advance, work with families at the time of a death and make a lasting impact. Primary Responsibilities: To generate sales by servicing new & current cemetery clients. Specific Duties: * Prospect every day - Make the necessary telephone contacts with prospective customers to maintain an ample supply of leads via cold, at-need, pre-need follow-up & seminars. * Meet and exceed established sales quotas. * Assist families at the time of a death to arrange meaningful celebrations of life that appropriately reflect the life of the person being laid to rest. * Follow up with all families and generate new referrals. * Obtain permanent record files and genealogy on all sales. * Personal deliveries of deed, legal work and coupons (obtain permanent record files & referrals). * Enter all clients and new prospects with notes into CRM System and follow up with a proven method of success that generates more sales for you. * Promote preplanning to affiliations of cemeteries to include, but not limited to: Family & friends of the deceased who are interred in cemetery. Community members. Organizations, associations and churches within the community. Minimum Requirements: * Driver's License with reliable vehicle and auto insurance (Required) * Ability to obtain Cemetery Sales license through the state of Wisconsin. * Schedule Monday - Friday, some weekends as needed.
